Hello. Extra wight is not healthy in pregnancy also. It can lead to few health hazards like raised blood sugar, overweight baby etc. Making a diet plan will not go the way we want in first trimester ( 1-3months), as she will struggle to eat with nausea, vomiting and bloating. Again we can't go for rapid weight loss, as baby has to gain weight.
