Concern about black fungus

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I was covid positive 18 days ago...taken methylprednisolone 16 bd for 3 days of for 2 days from day 5 of my illness in home isolation... have no comorbidity...ihave persitant nasal block for 10 days , but it subsides 3 days back on sinarest levo tablet...I have mild swelling on bilateral malar area...no other symptoms...MY CONCERN IS ,IF I AM AT RISK OF BLACK FUNGUS INFECTION... please help

In Black Fungus Infection there is usually sinus headache, stuffy nose, bloody discharge or brownish discharge from the nose, there can be facial swelling or discoloration, there dental pain.. Certain investigations would be required.
