I always feel disconcentrated and slightly ‘dizzy’ in a way. I feel a size if i don’t take much in and trying to remember things from earlier in the day seem hard and i usually remember them extremely vaguely. I also hear buzzing in my ears and when i’m trying to concentrate, song lyrics stop me or other negative thoughts. Its affecting studies

To improve concentrate u must improve attention .It is the basic need.Restless of mind is hampering ur concentration.Consult psychologist for improving ur attention and concentration.
Online many website and apps are there to improve it.But I suggest u must take help from psychologist and take conventional way to improve it..
