Gas type fast movement you felt while sleeping on your right side is likely bowel movement or gas shifting as your position changed. kidney cysts are just simple water balloons, but yours is complex means it has some extra walls or solid bits inside. You need a Urologist consultation to decide if it’s just a watch and wait situation or if it needs to be removed. At 20mm, it's quite small, which is good news. and the white ulcer it’s a good sign means the ulcer has scab whic is made of protein . It’s basically your stomach’s way to heal itself. Even though always take a biopsy of the ulcer. this just to be 100% sure it’s normal and not anything more serious
Next Steps
dont stress on two different things that aren't actually related to that weird gas feeling you had.
