Your lab reports and symptoms kike fatigue and weakness support the diagnosis of Iron deficiency anaemia. The lab findings like low MCV, low MCH and raised RDW signify a microcytic hypochromic type of anaemia.
Next Steps
You should start iron supplements.
Health Tips
Don't take iron supplements with milk. This may hamper it's absorption. You can add Vit C also in your diet. That increases iron absorption.
Also add lots of fresh fruits and vegetables salads in diet. Some people tend to develop constipation after iron supplements, salads and fruits help in preventing this. Also take plenty of fluids.
