Hello doctor! i have got a CBC done three days ago. I am having low haemoglobin, MCV and MCH.
Haemoglobin is 11.70, MCV - 71.30 , MCH - 22. 50.Rbc count is 5.18 and RDW is 16.90. Lymphocytes are 40.50. Last year also the levels were almost same. Should i start any medication? What does it mean? I have frequent headaches and feel fatigued and weak in head sometimes.kindly suggest any supplement
