I have injury in left knee, my MRI report says my Acl is tear, today my knee acl surgery, what is better for me?

An ACL tear will require a surgery. If today is your surgery I am sure it must be over by now. It would need a rehabilitation protocol. Please ask your surgeon for the rehab protocol he/she follows
