My husband is showing symptoms of common cold such as runny nose, sneezing and mild cough which contains phelgm. Can I give him paracetamol or cetrizine or sinarest?

Hi Is he having fever? If no then you can give him cetrizine.. if he is having fever then are the symptoms lasted more than 2weeks? If yes please consult nearest clinic
