  4. Common cold. Suggest me a better choice?

Every time I am affecting with cold. Many precautions were taken by me also severely resulting in body pains and I am unable do my work properly and also had tonsils severely whenever cold infects me . can u suggest me a better choice ? So that I can be free from cold.
