Comedonal acne
I was suffering from a very mild comedonal acne and my doctor told me to undergo two chemical peels with a gap of 3 weeks between them also he told me to have azithromycin 500mg once daily for 5 days but i missed 1 or 2 doses of the medicine and after my second chemical peel treatment again i missed 1 or 2 doses cuz of my carelessness but still my acne was significantly improved after about 15 days of my second treatment i started having dairy products but after 4-5 days i saw tiny bumps on my cheeks and forehead so i thought of taking azithromycin i took just one dose of the medicine and after about 10 days since i have taken the medicine i have a lot of acne on my jaw below my cheeks the acne is not severe but there a lot of whitheads and inflamed whiteheads so i just want to ask is it cuz of my hormonal changes or is it a side effect of azithromycin. If its a side effect what should i do now ?

Not because of azithromycin. But acne requires a long term management of oral , topical, lifestyles +/- procedures. Comedonal ones are stubburn n prone to recur so need a good skin care regime . Also use only non comedongenic prescribed products on face.
