Comedonal acne and scars
It has been 7 years suffering from scars. Recently using tretinoion and adaplene gel for 9 months but hasn't shown result. Should i go for isotretinoin drug? Can scars be cured? What should i do now?

Hello Well I don't know how are you applying tretinoin and adapalene but it would nor help you much in scar resurfacing Understand your scar need collagen remodeling to heal which is possible only witl laser resurfacing or microneedling procedures done in clinic
