Yes it can be given. But still the chances of desired effects are very less. As homeopathy works on rule of similia. Means the medicines should match the symptoms of the case. There are lot many medicines similar to these which can help. Instead of experimenting I suggest you to give proper homeopathic treatment. The chances of good outcome are excellent and in short time.
