Combine stresstrab and caltrate plus
Can i take a combination of stresstab and caltrate plus? i have this stress problem and also every time i eat after 30 mins i get tension headache and feel confuse and irritable.. i sometimes eat every two to three hours.. any advice?

I dont advise about the medicine but i should say u that with those medicine u also consult psychologist for counselling sessions. To cope up stress not medicine but counselling is better.
