Coloured Hair urgent help

I am getting colored hair in the beard. The color is brown. I have attached the images. I have gone to a local doctor in my home town. He told that it is dude to psoriasis. I don't know if that is true. I have been using multi vitamins and Flucanazole (Fluven-200) as suggested by the doctor for every 3 days. No improvement yet. I think now it is growing more and more. I have noticed a few on my hands and head hair yesterday. Please help on how to take this forward.
