I have had these bumps for a while, but they seem to have become more prominent. They are very small and not very raised above the surface of my skin but there is a cluster of them. No pain really unless I rub over them and they are not particularly dry or anything. It's all focused in a small area on the center of the back of my hand.

Hello mam.... By the brief history what u have given, high chances are there that those bumps are the ganglion cysts. however the examination will give the exact diagnosis. If its the ganglion cysts then the aspiration and injection therapy or excision are the 2 stay of treatments to opt for.
Next Steps
I would appreciate if u can share an image with me to know more about the lesion.
