The Ultrasound report shows a few significant points.
The placenta is low lying and it is posterior. So chances of bleeding during normal delivery are there.
There is some element of growth restriction as far as the baby is concerned.
Doppler study is normal.
You are 36 years old. If your wife is also 30+ then it will be better if she goes for an elective Caesarean.
At a younger age she may get a chance for normal delivery.
