Weight of baby is normal, blood flow is also normal and growth too. Cord around neck is the umblical cord which is found around the neck of the baby , nothing can be done for this but you have to count daily foetal movement and if it reduced or absent then consult immediately
Next Steps
Daily foetal/ baby movement count and antenatal visits as advised

Plus- minus one week is normal in ultrasound. According to lmp is 35 weeks and by scan 34 weeks also it's fine . Loop of cord is the umbilical cord near the neck. Nothing to be done for that . Keep track of baby movements.
