Cold with noisy breathing

Asked for Female, 3 Years

My son is 3 years old and weigh 14.5kgs. He has cold and thick mucus is coming from his nose. Also sound is coming when he breath as he is breathing from mouth and his nose seems blocked. I started giving t minic drops 1ml twice a day. Kindly suggest.

Continue T minic drops Suspension Ibugesic plus 5 ml thrice daily Give steam inhalation 3-4 times a day. Consult if any danger signs are there like high grade fever/ difficulty in breathing.or if your child gets dull
