Cold problem
My girl baby 49 days old d she is suffering from cold (thonda kattuna mathiri iruku) and struggling to cry but there is no running nose, sometime she coughs. When she cries her voice is totally different d throat is bit scratchy. Kindly suggest some solution in this lockdown period.

Most of the newborn babies will have noisy breath due to smaller airway and nose blockage.
Use saline nasal drops 2 drops each nostril dialy thrice

You can use saline nasal drops as and when required.
Also warm compresses to the chest and back would be helpful in clearing out the phlegm.
You can also try steam inhalation with a vaporizer

Use Drops Nasoclear 2 drops each nostrils 3 to 4 times a day.
If no relief than contact a pediatrician for clinical evaluation.
