My 2.3 month child is having a cold and his nose is blocked and not properly taken a breath.His cold is increased during night and he cried the whole night because of it.please suggest...

Usually due weather conditions and baby anatomy the nasal blockage is physiological, you can use nasal saline drops 2 drops before each feeding  . Until you don't have any danger signs like breathing difficulty ,unable to feed ,chest retraction, dull and high grade fever. So if above signs are not there no need to worry.

Put nasoclear drops every 1 hourly Usually in babies due to nose block they don't sleep This will help with his nose block and cold and help him sleep

Put nasal saline drops 4 hrly, if more block then 2 hrly, keep room warm in night, if mother hav cold put mask while keeping baby or feeding baby, see if along with nasal blockage fever is there if more than 100 degree give PCM drops

If fast breathing bluish discolouration immediately go hospital, if any danger sign
