Levocetrizine may cause slight drowsiness for few people and causes sedation. It would b better if u take it around 6pm in the evening.If u dont want to hav drowsiness but want medicine for cold please connect.

Hello   Good luck for ur exams 1) keep drinking warm water and keep ur throat warm ( and of course keep ur self warm) 2) throat irritation means u r starting to have infection there ( it's not necessary to start antibiotics like azithromycin) - so deep mouth gargle with betadine or chlorihexidine mouth wash atleast 3 times a day 3 ) do steam inhalation with plain water 4) take ur levocitrazine 10mg tablet after food in the night just before going to sleep 5) stress can decrease the immunity- try to be less stressful if that is possible 6) take vit c tablets
