Cold hand (hand( back)) and palm
I am male of24 years old.i have been experiencing cold hand from past two days. I will be staying in AC room due to my work requirement.My hands are getting cold only when I am exposed to cold environment.i also have mild headache and I haven't taken any medicines, I am getting this for the first time.Please help me out . I am really worried whether it is a serious problem or not. Please suggest medication and things to be done to recover from cold hand
