  4. Cold fever severe body aches. In person.

Cold fever severe body aches
I have cold and I rode a bike for 30 min.after that my back full (entire area) feel pain.so I rested at home.mild fever started , so I take dolo 650 tab,now temperature is reduced but my back body is aching severe.should I continue with dolo 650 and rest or consult a doctor in person.
