  4. Cold cough fever. Again or wat to do?

Cold cough fever
My 3yr old baby having fever since friday nite.. after that fever got reduced and yesterday onwards she is coughing often.. doctor gave some medicines.. but often getting running nose and coughing heavily.. she is not eating propwerly.. again her temperature is 99.2 .. yesterday nite only started antiboitic .. she is active.. but looking dull.. now she is saying her lhands are paining.. should i consult again or wat to do ?

Mostly ur child is having upper respiratory infection.Better consult once again ,might need change in medicine
