Cold Arms thighs overall body

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am suffering from cold hands and feet as well as pallor of lips and tongue. There is no aneamia. My HB is 12. But low blood circulation. I am feeling dizzy all the times. Coldness and shivering happens. Feeling cold in arms, thighs and buttocks. I am unable to carry out my daily routine. I have checked for thyroid function test but it is normal.
