Hello. Good Morning. You need to specify how much did you record the fever. Stop nebulisation by all means. Syp Maxtra can be given once before bed but what is more important is to humidify the lining of the childs airway. Steam inhalation to be given thrice daily. Drops nasovion in the nose 2 drops every 4 hourly. Paracetamol drops to be only given if the temperature is more than 99.4 degrees.
Next Steps
Keep surroundings clean.
Health Tips

Hi Ravi, Rehanshi has viral illness, will take 3-4 days to settle. Do not nebulize if she doesn’t have wheezing.
Next Steps
Give Syr Cetrizine 2.5 ml thrice daily for cold and paracetamol if temperature is more than 99.4 deg F. Give plenty of warm liquids / soup to drink and do steam inhalation.
