Mild fever since morning

My baby is 8month old. Last time Ayansh had fever and doc gave Ibugesic plus and fever was gone in a day. After few days of that chapter, he got one teeth. Today again seems light fever. Don't know if the other teeth is coming or what. Can I give the same medicine once now and if fever persists then again in the night? If still some problem is there we will visit the hospital. He has mild fever from morning and he is spitting milk often .

rather than giving ibugesic plus to such a young baby, prefer giving calpol or crocin drops for teething fever
