Cold and cough
My 5.3 yr old daughter had adenoids and tonsils surgery on 19th dec 2024... she got cold and cough from 16th Jan 2025 i.e within 1 month of surgery.. is this normal??? Initially she had cold,then green mucus and cough and now cough is reduced but runny nose still there... no snoring. No throat pain..sometimes bad breath is there...

Adenotonsillectomy do not give you immunity from cold and cough. Pt may get cold and cough after surgery.
