Good morning,
I am facing nose and chest congestion since yesterday with slight fever.I have a tablet prescribed from a earlier treatment " Dasamulakatutrayadi Kwatham".Can i take this?Also i have Sitlopadi Churna.What should be the dosage of this churna?Kindly advise if any other medicines required?

Yes u can take those medicines.
Take 20 ml kwatha along with 20ml luke warm water, take half an hour before food, twice daily.
Along with Laxmivilasa Rasa Tablet.
Sithopaladi churnam half tsp 3 or 4 times in a day along with honey.

You should take steam first for tulsi n ginger.
Sitopladi churan take approx 3gm with madhu n ghrit.
For other medicine you should take consultation it's good for you.
You can take kadha of tulsi,ginger,mulathi,honey n cinnamon add some drops of lemon juice.
