U can do a soft surface setting or tyre sitting Mobilisation of the coccyx is important Also the strengthening of pelvic floor muscle will help

Avoid sitting on hard surface. Better take tyre tube which is hollow. Use Hot water tub n sit in it for 10-15min. Also visit the Physiotherapist for better recovery of this kind of pain.
