Hi, I am suffering from coccydynia pain since 4 months, After visiting so many dr and done mris xray, I got to know there is anterior angulation of tailbone. Drs suggested for steroids and PRP. but i have tried sitz bath, regular light massage of ayurvedic oils and anti inflammation medicines. I am using coccyx cushion everywhere, ai would say pain got reduced while sittinga nd standing so i thought to start the basic exercises , after 3 days exercise of lumbat stretch, knee to chest touch, bridge pose my pain again triggered. What should i do. I want to cure it naturally how much time it will take but dont want any steroids or injections. Pain intensity reduced alot. Please suggest
