Cobblestone throat

I was diagnosed with cobblestone throat in 2021...since last 2 years I have taken many treatments but no effect...
Now it is paining in whole neck from last 2 days ...with difficulty in swallowing and very thick (redish-yellow colored cough) is also coming
Currently I am taking strepsils as I have exam in next 20 days...
Pls suggest what should I do
