Can vitamin D3 deficiency can be the root cause of excessive hair fall ? I comb my hair my hair fall , i wash my hairs my hair falls, i put oil my hair it fall, even tied hair also falls I got my blood test done in that report everything is normal and sufficient except vitamind3 Complete Hemogram (CBC) ESR,LFT ,KFT,Lipid Profile ,T3, T4, TSH,Glucose (Fasting),HbA1c (Glycated Hemoglobin),Iron, TIBC, Transferrin saturation,Ferritin,Vitamin B12
