Im a 48 yr old male w anxiety high blood pressure and seem to avg low platlet count around 100 is my normal. Well over the the last week or so has noticed a stringy white substance left floating on top of the water when im done urinating and this morning it was actually Milky like at first but then seemed to cleared up but i get mild cramps in the stomach area and left testicle latley

Please get Urine routine microscopy done..and also culture of Urine. might be protein coming out.
