Clot on left arm

Clot on left arm

Asked for Male, 29 Years

A few inches above my elbow, I feel a knot whose size might be equivlant to a marble. When i touch it. Skin above it is a bit dark in complexion. It is not on my bone but I don't know if it is in muscles or veins. Please advise what are the doctors called who could check and treat this issue as I am unable to determine the specialist who could check it
