There is always a risk of dependence over clonazepam, where, with time you will start loosing the anti-anxiety effect with 0.25mg and will be bound to increase the dose to get the effect as you are getting today with 0.25mg. It would be wise if you consult a psychiatrist and discuss regarding starting antianxiety medication which are safer in long term without risk of dependence
