I have anxiety I saw a psychiatrist the psychiatrist prescribed me clonazepam 0.5 escitaloprám 10 mg.After three days of taking the medicine, my panic attacks stopped,During the day I used to feel a little dizzy and at night I would feel a little bit of anixsous. After taking the medicine for three days, when we had a little headache or I had a little anixsous, I stopped taking the medicine. Now I don't understand one thing then my head is very stuck it seems like my head is not working I can't work in the store now I don't understand why is it to quit meds or what is it for?? Give me advice.. Do the problems that occur after taking the medicine get fixed slowly? The problems I was having after quitting the medicine are the effects of quitting the medicine? Sir, should I start the medicine again? I'm a little afraid of medicine?? If you have any advice please let me know? What will work if you take Ashwagandha sir?? Thank you...

You have been started with an appropriate treatment for the condition you have mentioned. Medications take some time to act completely, side effects come first. Headache and light headedness can be due to sudden stoppage of Medications, will go back slowly. If you want a second opinion regarding your condition and treatment, kindly consult
