Clinical Depression & Anxious Distress

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I'm under this medication I'm a student, had an exam and during the exam I suffered anxiety, was shivering, heart was pumping very fast and felt having hangover. Though I don't drink or smoke. It went for about 20 minutes, I became numb Is it normal or I need to do something about it.

Hello, from the information you have mentioned it appears that you are having a panic attack. These attack may mimic heart attack symptoms but ecg and other investigation came but patient remains preoccupied about the fear of having other such attack. Treatment with medications is generally not required for single panic attack. Stop medications gradually and if you again having these type of attack then only you should start medications.
