Cleaning of the wax from the ears

This is for My mom who is 83 years old needs to clean her ears of the wax. She is using Siemens Haring Aid. The Professional person from Siemens has come home to check her hearing aid. He said the Hearing Aid is perfect on there is a lot of collection of wax. Do you give home treartment

Wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Before removal it needs to be softened using wax softeners. Once it is softened then it can be removed either by syringing or suctioning
