Cleaning of skin wound
I had an accident few days back and had scratches in very large area on hands. I had a titenus injection and now I am on painkillers and using betadine regularly on these wounds.
My query is that can I clean these types of wound regulary with water and then use Dettol and betadine or I should not let water touch these wounds.
Another question is that in the center of the wound there is a white layer which keeps forming and it gets removed after cleaning. What is this layer. Is it supposed to be clean Everytime
