Duodenum 1st part:Normal Mucosa
Duodenum 2nd part:Normal Mucosa
RUT:POSITIVE(H.pylori )
Impression:GASTRIC ULCERS-BENIGN

1) capsule Nexpro L 40 (1-0-0)×20DAYS
After 20 days c esogrsm d 40 (1-0-0)×1 month
2) isabgol 2 tablespoon after dinner 1month
3) lexion syrup after dinner 1 month
4)tab decolic (1-0-1)×5days
5)zental tab (1 in 15 days )1month
6) syrup betonin 1 table spoon for 1month..
Now after two years i feel bloated belly.. what can i do now??

Rx:
1. Tab. Omeprazole 20 mg
Take 1 tablet twice daily before food × 14 days
2. Tab. Amoxicillin 1 g
Take 1 tablet twice daily after food × 14 days
3. Tab. Clarithromycin 500 mg
Take 1 tablet twice daily after food × 14 days
4. Tab. Sucralfate 1 g (optional)
Take 3 times daily before meals × 2 weeks (for ulcer symptoms

Consult again if no improvement for alternative treatment
Continue the meds.
Avoid fatty, sugary, heavy meals, alcohol, excess of tea and coffee.
Take small frequent meals with more of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Drink more water.
Avoid stress, sleeping late in night.
Do some exercise regularly.
