Now after two years i feel bloated belly.. what can i do now??

Continue the meds. Avoid fatty, sugary, heavy meals,  alcohol, excess of tea and coffee. Take small frequent meals with more of fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink more water. Avoid stress, sleeping late in night. Do some exercise regularly.
