Clashing facial creams/oils

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I’ve been wanting to try Neutrogenas night cream with retinol SA, but I usually take off my makeup at night with coconut oil and I wanted to make sure the coconut oil and retinol cream won’t have a bad reaction. Will the coconut oil hinder the cream from soaking into my pores?
