Or is there any precautions to be taken while planning for pregnancy or whether any difficulty in getting pregnant .. any behaviour changes will occur due to that past history ??how are these things to be explained to spouse ...we are having major conflicts between us ... can u please guide me and give clarification ??

Let me clear the myths first . There is no problem  getting pregnant n bearing child .No problem with behavior only with 1episode of seizure n with off medication.    There is no point of conflict . Epilepsy or seizure is a disease which is treatable like diabetes and hypertension.  So nothing to worry .      U have a lifetime risk of seizure (20-30%). You may be lucky enough to rest (70-80%). So live your life today without bothering for tomorrow.  Since u r seizure free now for 5yrs , there is no need for medication at present.  You can treat if u have 2nd episode only .
Next Steps
But u can further evaluate if u r worried by consulting a Neurologist .
