CKD and renal calculus has no correlation with each other as such.i.e treating the renal stone will not reverse CKD... infact it won't have any effect of its progression also Now coming to the stone as per the report there appears to be no hydronephrosis or even focal dilatation of the cpalyx Plus the stone appears to be in a favorable position for expulsion
Next Steps
sonography is a subjective test. gold standard test for renal calculus is CT KUB. Kindly get a plain CT KUB as you also have CKD Get a nephrologist opinion for CKD I hope this helps you out
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water review with reports
