  4. Circumcision. Wound healing technique?

I have done Circumsion on Friday. I'm diabetic type 2 aged 33yrs. I'm finding "pus" near stitches, what should be done. I'm not eating uneatables to generate "pus". Very itching sensation. Kindly suggest any remedy for itching and PUS. How much time it takes to heal the wound. Any instant wound healing technique?
