  4. Circumcision and Frenuloplasty. Again?

Circumcision and Frenuloplasty
I have done  Frenuloplasty 3 weeks ago , but I am still experiencing the same problem , forskin is not rolling back when erection and semi erection. It looks like I got zero result after Frenuloplasty. Should I go for circumcision and Frenuloplasty again?
