Recently I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver and I have kidney issues, lately I have had alot of pain on my right side, puking, dizziness, unable to eat, hard to urinate and i get really cold inside and feel like a heart attack

u need to consult a gastroenterologist urgently. and if you are drink alcohol kindly stop it as soon as possible. cirrhosis can lead to jaundice which can be cause for your puking. Get a liver function test done.
