Goodmorning doctor. I am suffering with cicatricial alopecia confirmed by dermatologist in my area.he suggested hair get tablets and 777oil I am using bt I could not found any improvement plz suggest me the correct treatment ...here i am attaching some pics of affected area

Hello, a detailed history and examination is needed to find out the cause of cicatricial alopecia. Many times a biopsy is also necessary. if the alopecia is progressing and involving other areas then you will need timely treatment depending on the cause to stop its progress. It is not possible to regrow hair from areas which are already bald. Please visit your dermatologist for a re-evaluation or you can take a 2nd opinion.
