Chronic UTI since 4 yr
I have suffering uti still now, I visited general physician, gynecologist, urologist they treat me as much they can, I follow their instructions, I completed every antibiotic course like livofloxin, nitrofurontion, fosfomycin & antibiotic in iv also. And probiotic, homeopathy also, but I still suffering. I did ultrasound lower back & bladder this are normal. I take lots of fluid, 3lr water everyday, front to back wipe, keep the area clean & dry. I completed 6 weeks antibiotics course, after Intercourse taking antibiotic etc still I am suffering. Every time my urine test result is puss cell plenty & Ecoli present. After complete antibiotic course it's coming back within 7 days,... Really I can't tolerate anymore... Please suggest me, what should I do...

It is very important to know the cause of recurrent UTI.
You need proper evaluation, may require a cystoscopy. Sometimes only problem is urethral stenosis it's very simple to treat but if not diagnosed properly, UTI can return back like in your case

Take 1.5 to 2 litres of water/ day
Don't hold urine for long hours. Pass urine once in three hours whether you have urgency or not ( Timed voiding).
Avoid constipation.
Treat white discharge if any
