Chronic Urticeria
Hello Doctor,
I'm having chronic Urticeria since my childhood (almost 30 years). I'm still undergoing it's treatment in homeopathy but it doesn't seems to work. I have to take Levocetrizen tablets every alternate day to get relief. It is really pathetic problem. I'm not able to concentrate on anything ..my office work, my kid, my family due to this issue as it causes a lot of itching and irritates me. Pls suggest some best treatment to cure it fully

It is not just a physical disease, you will need proper counselling and venting out too for it to get better in the long run.
Until then
Here are a few things that might temporarily help;
1. Apply pure coconut oil on rashes as much as you can
2. Instead of itching, apply ice wrapped in a towel. This will reduce itching for a while. If you itch violently, you skin will get more irritated, and itching will increase, hence the vicious cycle continues.
